About CSV ↔ JSON

Move small tabular datasets between CSV and JSON object arrays while keeping conversions inspectable in the browser.

How to use it

  1. Choose CSV → JSON or JSON → CSV.
  2. Paste comma-delimited CSV with a header row, or a nonempty JSON array of objects.
  3. Run the tool, inspect the result and any spreadsheet-safety warning, then copy or download.

Good to know

  • CSV needs unique, nonempty header names; parsed cell values remain strings. JSON export uses the union of object keys, with missing or null values becoming empty cells.
  • Formula-like cells are preserved and flagged. Import untrusted CSV as plain text in spreadsheet software to avoid formula execution.
  • Quote large numeric identifiers in JSON to preserve exact values. Unsafe integers are rejected, and nested objects become JSON text inside cells.

YOUR DATA

Local by design.

These tools process text and images in your browser. The application does not send your tool inputs or selected files to a server, and no analytics have been added.
